Has been actively investing as a principal in various real estate projects since 2003. Starting his real estate career in Southern California buying and selling real estate assets. Since then, Steve has invested as a principal in hundreds of projects in multiple asset classes in both boom and bust markets. Steve has purchased many under-performing and nonperforming notes from top tier financial institutions with an extensive experience purchasing all types of distressed assets. Steve's ability to understand the details of complex real estate transactions, simplify them and create strategic all-weather structures that mitigate risk and preserve upside, is one the things that sets Steve apart. He possess an innate sense of market conditions and has been keen in following and capitalizing on market trends. Steve has worked with several municipalities in Western United States to provide high quality real estate projects to communities. He now lives in Utah with his wife Jen and 5 kids, ages seven to thirteen.
